Hi! Welcome to my art page! My name is Chelsea McShane, and I am a self-taught artist who lives in Northwest Arkansas with my husband Matt, and 3 children. Art is a part of who I am. As a teenager I spent my nights sewing, sketching, drawing, and painting, and always looking for a new project to embark upon. Those early years are what gave me my foundation in art, and established my love for creative projects.
Over the years I have evolved after dabbling in many areas of design and art. During college I started my own dress-making business. Sketching dresses and sewing became a real passion. During that time I also gained a lot of experience in portrait art, as I found myself painting many of the children I would baby-sit.
Currently, the bulk of my art consists of contemporary abstraction, animals, and spiritual artwork. Modern day fashion, style, and interior design are a major influence in my current work. I hope for people to feel a connection with my work in a sincere, unique, and joyful way and my purpose is to glorify God in the process. Just send me an email on what you are wanting and I might be able to help! I love custom orders, but due to time constraints, custom orders are not always available. I no longer accept custom children's portraits.
Please make a note on the order if you need it by a specific date.
The hand signed paper prints take approximately 5-10 business days. Sizes greater than 11X14 may take 2-3 weeks.
The canvas prints take approximately 10-14 business days.
The acrylic blocks take approximately 10-14 business days.
All custom framing takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
All of our prints are all made with archival inks.
Paper prints: All papers prints are hand signed by the artist
Canvas print: Printed signature on a ready to hang wood framed canvas. Decorative frames are not included. These are what's available on the website.
Reworked print on canvas: This is an option that is only available by request. It is a canvas print that has been hand embellished in several areas, hand signed, and a gel texture has been applied to the entire piece. All work is done by artist. Each piece is done slightly different than the next. Please email info@chelseamcshane.com for pricing on reworked canvas prints.
